SOURCE: hi i was reset my

It would be in the settings menu somewhere, obviously without someone who speaks Arabic it is almost impossible for how to get there. I would consult your instruction manual for how to change language and just follow the template, if you follow the steps in the manual although the language is different the steps should be the same. Or go to your closest service provider.

It seems you need to reset your phone.

If your HTC HD2 is frozen and a soft reset doesn't work, this guide shows how to restore your handset to its factory settings with a hard reset
There are two ways you can perform a hard reset on your HTC HD2. The first is best if your phone is still operational. If it has crashed and you can't get a response from it, you're better to try option two.
Performing a factory reset via the settings menu
  1. On the Home screen's Settings tab, select Menu - All Settings - System - Clear Storage
  2. Enter 1234 and tap Yes to confirm
Performing a factory reset using phone buttons
  1. If your phone has crashed and won't respond, you'll have to perform a battery pull to power the phone off. Simply take off the back cover and remove the battery. Otherwise, just turn your HTC HD2 off using the power button.
  2. With your phone powered off, press and hold the volume up and volume down buttons
  3. While holding the volume buttons, press the power button and then release it
  4. When you see a warning message on screen, release the volume up and volume down buttons
  5. Press the volume up button to perform the reset when prompted, or press any other button to cancel the reset

I want to connect my HTC HD2 T8585 Cell phone to my PC but I do not the softwear program? how can I get the Softwear?

Hi there!

You don't need to install any special PC suite software when connecting your HTC HD2 to your computer. Just connect it using a USB cable and you will be ask to choose the type of USB Connection that you want (Active Sync, Disk Drive or Internet Sharing).

To know more about HTC HD2, you can open this FAQ section of HTC's website.

My HTC HD2 is stuck on the homescreen, It want let me get in the start menu to get in settings to do a factor hard reset

You can do factory hard reset for HTC HD2 even when it is turned off. But it will erase all contacts, downloaded contents and user informations. The phone settings will be reset to factory default.
These are the steps to hard reset HTC HD2.
  1. With the phone turned off, press and hold the VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN buttons, then press the END/POWER button shortly and release it.
  2. Release the VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN buttons.
  3. Press the VOLUME UP button to perform the hard reset, or press any other button to cancel the reset.

Hi I have htc hd2 and it is freez up in every minute. I bought in Florida and I live in Hungary. What can I do?

Update the firmware or reset it to factory defaults.
I'm sorry, but I think you will need to contact T-Mobile for support. Call them from another phone at 1-800-T-Mobile.
If you don't care much about the info on the phone, then do a hard reset to factory defaults.

CAUTION - DOING A HARD RESET, YOU WILL LOSE EVERYTHING ON YOUR PHONE. REMOVE THE MEMORY CARD BEFORE DOING A HARD RESET.

Good Luck,

Hi,

How long you had the phone? Try resetting the phone, hard reset so the phone will be back to the original settings. This way, we can check if the phone can still go back to its original settings.

Be sure to back up your files/datas/contacts and other information that you need and may need for hard resetting it means erasing all data and reverting it back to its factory settings.

Thanks.

Im using htc hd2 t8585 model mobile since last 6 months but it was not getting connect to the internet even i have net balance

first call customer care of your mobile operator and ask them apn for windows mobile, just note the apn (access point name). next go to settings, open connections, again open connection from sub menu go to add new connection, you can put operator name in my connection column and in the below column select cellular line gprs, click next, enter access point name, enter next leave user name password and domain blank, click finish, do a soft reset and try opening internet explorer, if this dosent work delete all other setting and do setting again,
and if still it dosent work you need to perform a hard reset and do setting again it will work 100%.
beware if you do hard reset all you data on phone ,like contacts will be lost so do a back up before attempting hard reset
