I am trying to open the webcam programme and it is saying I need to download updates from the website, but I go to the link and nothing happens

I have the same problem Post a new problem

I know someone who can solve this problem

when i click on the acer crystal webcam to take pictures it says that it has stoped working and i can go on to a website but the website does not do anything to fix it

Dear sir,my laptop webcam is not working i try opening but is telling me need to download and i can not get the main site to get the software, even to update i can not in the internet,the laptop is acer Model Aspire 5610z.sir please i need a quick solution to this problem,to get the driver to install.

when i try and open my cyrstal web cam it is saying cysatal eye web cam has stoped working and windows will notify me if there is a solution and it does and give me a link to download an update but noyhing is happening. please help!
