Buy a univesal remote control, which have setup codes for LG tV. You can get this information from the catelogue accompanied with the remote control. There will be proceedings also to setup the remot to tV. Or get its orginal remote control from the authorised service center for LG at your town.

Go to GE.com's website and search under your remote control's model #. It is likely they have the documents there.

If the remote is not working, first check the batteries. If you have the manual for the programmable remote try to reset it. If you have no wall swtch you have to control the fan and light manually with the pull chains on the fan.

contact the maker/customer service dept of the remote and ask them for codes that work for that TV. You may also find this info on the web- try googling it.
