    I canot open the facebook

Go to your computer firewall and see if the firewall is on. If on, then check the tickbox which says alow programs listed in the programs that the firewall allows to pass through.

if this doesnt solve it, try to disable your firewall and access your facebook account, if you can access it then you just needs to configure your firewall correctly. Note: Enable your firewall after you test it to prevent malware. If still cannot access after you disable the firewall, Please check if you are using other software firewalls and configure it.

Unable to access mailserver from out side my office

I have no idea what firewall you are using. Your posting is lacking crucial detail and that makes this almost impossible to answer you. However, I use a Cisco 5520 in a Data Center and i Host my own Exchange server. This is what you have to do to allow inbound and outbound SMTP traffic in that type of environment.

name (Internal IP here) Exchange description Internal mail server

access-list Inside_access_in remark Allow internal Exchange Server to send SMTP email outbound.
access-list Inside_access_in extended permit tcp host (Internal IP Here) any eq smtp

access-list outside_access_in remark Allow external entities to send SMTP email to Exchange Server
access-list outside_access_in extended permit tcp any host (Public IP Here) eq smtp

    Hope this helps you.

Hello sir i am not access my orktu site with installed firewall secuirity.. how can access orkut with firewall secuirity. pls gice me some detail about this?

Go to system preferences, security, firewall. Add an exception for your software/site and you should be fine.
Alternatively, turn the firewall off, go to that site and while it's on the browser turn the firewall back on and it will learn the site and automatically add it as an exception.

Restricting websites at router or firewall level

The pix does not allow you to block urls except if you use it in conjunction with websense for example. You could however deny all outgoing traffic to port 80 except for the ip address of the websites you want to be able to access.

To do that you would setup an access-list allowing you internal network to access certain ips on port 80 and deny all other traffic outgoing.

Let me know if you need more information on how to accomplish this.
