This will work right on your browser. You might want to test that it works on your system before wiping the router. (Just start it up then cancel if it starts)
Find the recessed reset button on back of the router close to the power input. Press and hold it with paper clip or pen tip for 10 - 15 seconds. This will restore it to factory settings.
You should use a wired connection to access the internet after that, no password. Go to the link above and use the online wizard to setup the router with encrytion and new password.

If you remeber the IP address and password to access your router you can log into it with your web browser by entering the router IP into your web browser and going to the wireless tab.
The tab defualt IP is 192.168.0.1 the default username is admin and yo leave the password feild blank.
Once you click on the wireless tab the wireless key will be listed.
If you dont have the IP or username/password for the router you can reset the router to the factory defaults then set it back up.
