There's a converter you have to download online for videos and pictures...it's made specifically for Sansa, and it worked for me :)
the download is called "Sansa Media Converter"

Cant play video

Not all Video format are supported by the Sansa Fuze: make sure you use 'Sansa Media Converter' to convert your video to a suitable format which could include (from Sandisk manual):
3gp/3gpp2, ASF, AVI, DAT, DivX(ver 6.0), DVR-MS, MOV, MP4, MPEG 1,
QT, WMV

    My sansa e250 not play video files when connect to the system throug sansa video converter it tell your snasa not support video format

    my ipod is sansa e250. the problem is im not able to load videos in my ipod.i can see in through system the videos are present in ipod but when i plug out and see in ipod the videos are not there.please give me a exact solution

    if you put some videos to your sansai try to convert first "3gp file" Or mp4 file because there's is specific file to put videos to you sansai

    I bought a refurb sansa e260

    First you need the Sansa Media Converter, which you can get here.

    To transfer videos and photos on your Sansa using the Sansa Media Converter, please follow these steps:

    1. Click on the "Add Media" button on the upper right corner of the Sansa Media Converter window.
    2. In the "Open" dialog box, locate the photos or videos that you want to transfer to your Sansa. Please read the supported file formats in the "See supported file formats" link in the Sansa Media Converter window.
    3. Click on "Open" to add the photos or videos.
    4. Click on the "Convert" button to transfer them to your Sansa in a supported and appropriate format.

    HAVE A BIG PROBLEM

    From pp. 19-20 of the manual:
    You can use the Sansa Media Converter to transfer photos and videos to your
    Sansa player (available for download at www.sandisk.com/support/sansa).
    The Sansa Media Converter supports the following import media types:
    • Still Image Files: JPEG, TIFF, PNG, BMP, and GIF.
    • Video Files: AVI, MPEG-1 & MPEG-2 in MPEG, MPG, MPE or VOB
    (unprotected) formats. MPEG-4 in AVI format, DAT, ASF, QuickTime MOV,
    and WMV.
    Loading Content 20
    NOTE: QuickTime 6.5 or higher and Windows Media Player 9 or 10.0 are required
    for QuickTime MOV file. Error message will appear if not installed.
    Sansa Media Converter software lets you convert photos and videos as appropriate,
    and then transfer them to your Sansa player. Sansa Media Converter offers
    features such as cropping, rotating, and resizing before transferring them to your
    player as well as the ability to transfer photo and video files to your microSD card.
    Refer to the Sansa Media Converter software for file formats supported.
    To transfer photos and videos to your Sansa player, follow these steps:
    1. Connect the Sansa player to your computer.
    2. Select Converter using Sansa Media Converter on initial connection.
    3. Click Add Media to select photo or video files to be converted.
    4. The Sansa Media Converter will store all converted files in My Album. Click
    the Album Name box and type in the name you want.
    5. Click to start the conversion process. A status box will appear
    showing which file(s) are being converted.

    Videos not working still

    Well for videos, you are suppose to use the software it comes with to convert to the format that Sansa supports, its called SANSA VIDEO CONVERTER, and i think that the final output(format) that it uses is (MJPEG B) but i could be wrong. So in other words download the video you like, example (avi,mpeg...) and use the SANSA VIDEO CONVERTER software to convert it and upload it 2 your player.. Hope that helps
