I've just bought a scala multiset q2. TomTom rider2 connects to one scala headset but when I then try to connect my iphone to the same scala headset I get error messages. the best I've managed is TomTom bluetoothed to one scala and iphone connected to other scala. Why can't I connect both TomTom and iphone to one headset? Many thanks

The following has worked for me FLAWLESSLY :

1) Remove any old "pairing information" that you may have both on the iPhone and on the TomTom - both should be "clean" not knowing about each other..

2) Put iPhone into airplane mode.

3) Go to settings, and turn on Bluetooth

4) Do the regular "search for bluetooth device" and pair the two
devices

5) Turn off airplane mode

After I did this, I have never had a problem with iPhone 3GS / Tomtom - they find each other now every time, and all is happy..

I also had the same problem with the GO720 and the same iphone after a few tries and resetting it connected, but aftera few days of use it stops working again. I do not know if it is a Tom Tom or Iphone softwear problem. Have tried your way will see how it goes!
