HI. this is a power supply issue. Your unit is equipped with an external power supply unit. This box incorporates all the necessary AC current regulators, and transfer agents to run the Wii. There are ,also, some protection circuits as well. These are in place to protect the unit from surges are unstable AC spikes as well. There is a fuse that is located inside the power supply box. Simple unplug the power supply, and gain access to the fuse, by removing the outer cover of the power supply unit. there are a few screws,(on the bottom), that hold the top cover. remove the screws, and open the power supply unit. this will expose the fuse. Kindly, inspect the fuse. if it shows signs of trauma, and it is blown, simply replace the fuse.

Now, if the fuse shows no signs of trauma, or burn marks, this will confirm power supply circuit failure. This will require that you replace this damaged power supply unit asap...

Error code 51330 on Nintendo wii gen 1. Wont connect to WiFi. Help please(:

  1. Power cycle the Wii by unplugging the console and wait about five minutes and then plug it back in.
  2. Try creating another profile connection by going through the connection process again.
  3. Check for anything that is interfering with the WIFI connection for your WII console . The Wii console should be in an open area without anything blocking the signal.

Wii console wont come on,all connections are hooked up properly

Are you getting any lights on the unit? Don't forget there is a power switch in the back of the Wii as well as the front. The power LED should come up red or yellow, if the rear power is on power is getting to the Wii.

Why wont the wii power on

please check all power and connection cables to make sure that everything is connected correctly. If that does not work then please change outlets and see if it works better. If that does not work then you have a hardware defect which should be covered under warranty with the manufacturer so you should contact them for futher assistance.

Controllers wont sync

If you have pressed the sync button on wii, then on the wii-mote, and it still didn't sync, try unplugging the Wii console for few minutes and try the process again.
There is another syncing mode, but you have to have at least one wii-mote connected to the wii. You press the home button and the click on the wii-mote on the screen. There will be a reconnect button. Press that and then press both the 1 and 2 buttons on the wii-mote[s] you want to connect. This is the ONE TIME ONLY connect mode, used when playin on a friends Wii. Once the Wii is powered off, the wii-mote wont be connected any longer and will still be the default wii-mote for your wii system [not on your friends]. Hope this helps.

Nintendo wii not powering on and remote blinking

Just talked with Nintendo about this matter. Fortunately, the Wii has a safety feature on the AC adapter which shuts it down should there be any sort of significant "spike" or interruption with the power. The solution? Unplug the AC adapter for about 2 minutes (from the wall and the Wii unit itself), then plug everything back in! Believe it or not, this actually works!
