When i switch my k850 on,it has a blank screen but the keypad is on and also at the back their is a blue light on.how can i solve this problem

k850 keypad problem # 1....7 ....short cut menu.... upper keypad not functioning.... i think this keyfoil problem ...pls help

You need to restore the phone to the factory defaults. If this doesn't work, you'd have to bring your phone to someone that can update the phone's firmware.

if cal incoming or outgoing ok > displey light problim is not then reflash mobile will bi ok

Try reinstall firmware using SEUS.

it's a big problem but we can solve that...first we change the flex,if still persist change the keypad board...

hi... ur mobile phone has lost its display.. due to display problem the screen appears black for u... thats the problem.. u are in warranty period right now.. so u can contact sony service centre and they will replace u with new display for ur mobile...

hi. first,. SORRY for my bad typing...i know how to fix it, had the same problem earlier this year with the blacklight gone after a bad update, but you can fix it easly yourself without turn it in.

you can goto www.sonyericsson.com and download the update and that SHOULD to the trick..

that is a norwegian link. but if you click on the flink that says " Last ned Nå"  you will download the program that will install the new update, you can instal the program in english, so that  is just peace of cake from there..

Same thing happened to me. Mine was covered under the 1 year warranty and was replaced.

if the battery is already charged., remove it from your k800i for couple of hours about 3 hrs. then put it bak in the phone., press on button., if this doesn't work flash your phone with the latest software(go to the SE site., the update service is under the supprt tab) if the fone's battery is already drain then fully charge it., then remove the battery and wait for 3hrs
