bassically you need the drivers for your phone install them off the internet
the simpliest way to do it is to get a manager program for your phone make and it should install the drivers automatically with that
if not try to find the disk you got with your phone
then install everthing on the disk when it asks you to without inserting phone restart the pc
then plug phone in and it should come up with a message saying new device click on the recomended option for scan some thing then it will scan your computer for the driver ytou installed earlier or you can try to find the drivers by seraching the windows update option thing on the new device popup
make sure that the printer is connected to computer through USB cable.Try to install the latest version of Printer software from www.kodak.com/go/downloads
on your computer. then open the kodak home center software and click on scan pictures.
Adjust the settings and you are ready to go.
download the user manual from www.kodak.com/go/manuals.
If possible, find the software disk that came with the printer, and reinstall. One of the options should be to scan from the scanner to the computer. Just make sure that option is selected on re-install, and that the necessary communication cables for that option are installed.
Well thats looks more like a driver problem. Since you are not able to read the cd here's an alternate location for your driver. Click here to download.
Drivers and manual are available on the the Brother support site!
Go to www.brother.com, click on Software download
Select your country then model of printer.
Then download the driver and manual to your pc.
