My nokia 6300 keypads do not respond - Nokia 6300 Cell Phone

the possible problems:
-the keypad is worn out. -the keypad ic is blown.

a mobile repair shop can repair it for you. (it is relatively cheap)

it must be due to fault in kaypad ic.o to the service centre and repair .

my nokia 6300 has fall down in water then i switched off and on continuously at starting keypad worked then keypad stopped working after some time

the default is 12345 if you have forgotten it you need to have it reflashed at a nokia care point

i think u just format u cell & memory stick

open the Hand SET THEN GET a Normal Brush And A Nail Polish Thinner or spirit the celean the board IF not Work THEN IT Means UR KEYPAD IC is not working properly if Solved THEn plS rate me

There may be problem in mother board... Remove the panel of your mobile and clean it... If this doesn't work then therre might be some open connection on the mother board... This will be done by the nokia care people and don't take advance to correct it... Good luck...

this kind of problems occurs when the Phone Software Goes bad try to get that phone to be flashed ista process that repairmans do to give a phone a fresh firmware/Flash File

well its posted for a 6300 nokia , right, i think the keypad ic must have faulted , only if u have dropped the phone or exposure to liquids, take it to some nearby local nokia service centre or near by phone shop and get it repaired for the keypad ic problem.

one unique troubleshooting , if it works see if u can get it solved by removing the memory card, sometimes faulty memory card does produce such problems

also it could be due to uneven powersupply from battery try with a genuine battery or a good battery.

if all of the above doesnt work then only alternative is to get the keypad ic changed.
