Why when i use master reset on my phone it restart and when it on back i can't see anything,then remove the batery and i on it back then i just see the word but not the picture!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

there is no master reset button on this type of phone,please follow this instruction

1. remove the sim card an turn the phone on.
2. on your home screen type 1809#*500# then select reset.
3. wait until the phone restart...

now your phone back to default...

or

go to settings > phone settings then reset... if a code is ask,type 0000 as it is the default code or enter if changed.

3. Scroll to and select Phone Settings.
4. Scroll to and select Reset Settings.
5. Select Master Reset.
6. Select Yes.
7. Enter Security code, then press OK. The default security code is 0000.
   
   *Note: Do not remove the battery until the reset process is completely finished and the cellphone restarts or else it could damage the phone.
   

have you tried to restart your phone and then uninstall the program? if it still does not work suggest that You could try backing everything up and doing a master reset, but back everything up first (its so important I said it twice). to do master reset just dial *#7370# and accept. after the master reset you can restore your files by restoring it from the back up.

You could try doing a master reset but you will lose all data / contacts /pictures/ on your phone
Steps to do a master reset
Settings/general/master reset/reset all/continue
Phone will restart

try removing the external card if there is one and restart phone without it. if theres no external card, try master reset to factory settings and restart phone, please back up your contacts first before resetting your phone.
