Memory card i dont know how to install the memory of my htc 3400. it doesnt give me an option to install. :((

    I have a HTC P4300 I insert a 2gb memory card and the phone does not recognize it. It does not give me an option to format. how do I get the phone to recognize it is there. I have read the instruction book and it does not tell me anything.

thats because they operate with android system. You have to try delete some of your unuseless files and then try to download. Or see the options in downloading mode (where to: phone or mem. card)

I am working on my friend's HTC Kaiser phone. I do not have the CD to install the device in my PC. I want to copy files from the memory card (inserted on the device) to my PC. I do not have a memory...
i dont know what to do next but I suggest use a bluetooth.. add a bluetooth device in your pc (im refering to the HTC Kaiser) so you can pair it..once added, open your bluetooth, choose that particular device (HTC kaiser) and then choose "browse files from your device"

You have the following choices. I dont have the exact model of your mobile but i hope this will give you an idea.

1. Transfer image using bluetooth.
2. Transfer using data cable
- just plug the data cable HTC to PC then browse also..
3.Transfer using memory card reader.
-Simply removed the memory card of your mobile and insert it to memory card reader.
- insert memory cardreader to PC the browse..

Where does the sd card go?

Sir, Its sad but true that if you are referring to HTC Touch Diamond Phone, then there is unfortunately no option for extendable memory. You can see the specs here. (In the Memory section) Got 4Gm in built memory, 192Mb RAM and 256Mb ROM.

My htc 3400 does not recognize memory card sudenly erased all storage numbers even on sim card
This exact problem happened to me on my G1. I took it down to the T-Mobile store in the mall and showed him and he really couldn't explain what happened, but did give me a free replacement SD Card.

My htc 3400 gives lom memory error and hangs
clear out your cache and temp files in the options screen. Do you have a micro sd card installed? If there isn't enough memory to run some applications, it will draw off your micro sd card
