Ok ive actually been to a customers house to fix this same problem about a year ago what you have to do is get to the pump and drain lines and remove them and totally clean them out after you do this then you would have to run the machine at least 3 full cycles and will most likely have to take it apart again to clean out the drain andx pump a second time hopefully its not the type of rug that has the rubber backing think it took me 3-4 hours to get all the small rubber beads out of the machine if you have any further questions message me back and if you need a shematic to your machine message me back the model number as well and please remember to rank how this opinion has helped it allows me to help others in similar situations in the future Thanks again Rick
Time to empty out the pump filter trap .....never wash rubber backed rugs in any washer!!!! we call them washer brakers ....
