MY moto Razr V3m, the screen went black cant see who is calling me,and ican't see the #'s in my phone book. HELP!!!!!!!

Yes, om my Razr V3m, the screen also went black & cant see who is calling me, and I can't see the #'s in my phone book. HELP, I need Somebody, Not just anybody....Hellllpppp!

My razr phone screne went black the other day while in Maui, nice, now I can't talk, send pic's or pick up ph messages. The ph will not respond to any of my attempts to pushing buttons...nothing but a vibrate, blank screne. Any help while I am visiting this wounderful place would be great! Aloha

You need to take the phones and have the flexcables replaced on the phone, so take them to a mobile service center and have them fix .

My black razr phone will power on but freezes on the moto screen

Call your phone company. It's a software issue, they need to replace your phone or exchange it for a different one. I've had the same problem. Best of luck, sorry your having trouble!

I can see just a logo on ma moto v3i's external screen

Remove the battery, wait ten minutes and put it back.

Try also removing the sim, try a different one if you have it.

If you have a memory card start it without the card inside.

Try also the following procedure:
"press and hold the * # andpower button all at the same time until you see text come up on thescreen. If you get the text on the screen, pull the battery out, pressthe power button three or four times to discharge the phone completelyand then try the battery again and hold the power button for 8 secondsor until the blue in the kaypad gives a slight flash dim"

Motorola razr v3m keypad problems

Hi Ms. Jackson,

I have seen this happen when the phone is almost full capacity on files. Try clearing up some files by either deleting them or backing them up to PC.

You may also need to hit it with some canned air and isopropyl alcohol to clean the keys up.
