I need a mantle for this heater (at least thats what my husband calls it). Any suggestion where I can get it ?

Gas mantels you can get them in home hardware or most heating/plumbing shops , they do fall apart with the heat over time .

30,000- 45,000 btu screen is burned out, my coleman screen part number is 5045-619R I beleave this is discontinued item but someone has to have one of these somwhere. this was a awsome heater i've had it...

You can buy one directly from Coleman that will fit your heater. Use the old part # and they will find a comparable one for you. 800-835-3278

I haven't seen that model Coleman Heater on the market for some time. I don't think Coleman still makes it. However, I do know that as of today, parts are still available for it.
