Try changing the plug may not be getting enough spark to start
many possibilities, I fought long with our tecumseh, here only some thoughts, maybe one helps?
1. wet sparkplug? gets too much gas - push less primer and check if the choke is really in the position you want it to be. In our T the choke has to really be put off and make it stay off.
2. fresh gas or old? clean the gas tank? old gas gets ...bad
3. tunings of the carburettor screws on position?
4. Water in the system somewhere? Our T is older and doesnt have the "box" outside the carburettor and always when snow flies to the carb, it started to "stop"

If you have changed sparkplug and coil and cleaned flywheel, you probably have a kill wire problem. Disconnect kill wire from coil and try again.
