SOURCE: I need a manual to

A very competent person called Rylee Smith sent me the entire manual as an attachment, quick and easy to download. Do tell him I appreciated the work he put in. I accidentally "rejected" his solution, but didn't mean to. Am a "silver surfer" (aged 73) and had never sought internet technical advice before, so I owe him an apology Elisabeth Hayes

The hand sets probably need to go through the 'registration' process with the base station. Look up the steps on how to do this in your manual.

One thing that the manual sometimes does not highlight clearly is that first you need to press and hold down a button on the main base station for a while until it beeps. Then you can go through the menu on the hand set to complete the registration process.

Phone displaying Searching

I get the same problem with my Uniden. Seller said batteries but it happened on multiple handsets. I purchased another of the same model so my extra handsets would work and I get the same problem. I am buying ANOTHER phone - different brand - and if it still happens I know it is Time Warner. (most problems are with them anyway - they blew my 60" TV and would take no responsibility. Too bad they have a monopoly.)

How do you use call waiting on Doro neobio 25r + 2. What keys do I need to press to get to the second call and back to the first call?

You need to press R and then the number 2 to switch between calls. This is for telstra in Australia, however if you have optus may have to press R and the number 1.

Hello,
Here are the commands to run the phones memory dial (speed-dial).  I have included the instructions for deleting and changing numbers as well.  It is listed below.  I hope this helps you out.

Press a number (0-9) to store the dialed number in that memory location. 4. Press the MEMORY button again. 5. Use the handset number keypad to enter the telephone number (up to 20 digits, including pauses) and press the MEMORY button again to save the number. The unit beeps to confirm. 6. If you need a longer pause, press the PAUSE# button twice.
Deleting Stored Numbers 1. Press the MEMORY button. 2. Press the desired memory location (0-9). 3. Press the MEMORY button twice to delete the entry. 4. You will hear a confirmation tone.
