Reset you phone settings with the Sim Card to Full Factory Restore using 12345 or *#7370# or *#7780#. Remember the later two will reset all the your settings as well as your phone memory. Good luck..

1. Make sure you have at least 3/4 charge of battery power
left.
2. Switch-off your phone.
3. Press and hold these 3 keys; Green dial key, * (star key)
and no. 3 key and then press the power on/off to switch on the phone.
Remember, do not let go all of the keys, hold until you see
a formatting word screen show!
4. After a few minutes when the full phone formatting
completed, your phone will be back to original system and factory settings.
i think your phone memory is full or your symbian operating system may have some fault it can be fixd easily format the phone is the only solution follow this step just format the phone by swtiching off the phone first wait 30 seconds now hold the three buttons toghther that is calling key ,numeric pad no. 3 key and * key and swtich on the phone wait for it to show formatting and you can unlock your phone easily but your data in the phone memory will get erased but the sim memory and memory card will not erased
