Go to http://www.rolex.com/en#/download/?s_kwcid=TC|18467|rolex watches||S|p|5760142241 and you should see the "downloads" page where you can obtain a "user guide".
Simply unscrew the crown and then turn it clockwise (or counter-clockwise). The 24-hour hand should jump one hour at a time in either direction. If you pull the crown out to the next notch, the date will change. If you pull the crown to the 3rd position, it will set the regular hour and the minute hand.
It should be the 3rd position on the crown: 1st date, 2nd hour, 3rd time zone. And don't take it to a "jeler" like jamison said. If you cannot do this watch is fake.
If it still under warranty take it back to rolex, other wise take it to an indpendent watchmaker they should be able to fix it for a small fee. The watch probably doesnt need a service yet if it is new.
