according to the user manual, the USB port is intended only for software upgrade, here are some of the supported inputs for your TV : VCR / DVD / Cable STB / Satellite STB / PVR STB / AV Receiver / Game / Camcorder / PC / DVI PC / DVI / TV / IPTV / Blu- ray / HD DVD / DMA
You need a DVI-to-VGA converter if you only have VGA input to your monitor. If your monitor accepts DVI connections then you can connect the DVI out from STB to your monitor.
If you have different input options on your TVs, you could run the second TV with the Y, Pb,Pr component outputs along with the analog audio from the STB. However, remember the STB will only support ONE output video format. So both TV will have to be set to the same video format (720p, 1080i, 480p, etc)

I got the solution. Contact Customer Service, ask for LEVEL II Tech, and ask them for the old firmware. It will take a lot of pressuring, but they will send it to you and then it will work fine!
