I'm afraid it's not available as freeware but it can be bought used for 25 cents + 3.99 postage from http://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/B0001IQNBG/ref=dp_olp_used?ie=UTF8&condition=used It's not intended for use on windows 7 probably because it was released before windows 7 was created. However it is compatible with windows XP and programs on windows 7 can be run in a windows XP environment if there's a problem running it on windows 7.
Install the program as normal. If it fails to start or there is a problem with it, right click on it's icon and select "Properties" from the menu. Click on the "Compatibility" tab. Tick the box "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" by clicking on it. Click the drop down arrow beside it and select the version of windows in which you were running it before or select "Windows XP Service Pack 3" It should run then.
I moved my offices about 2 years ago and lost all of my original CDs in the move. The one I miss the most was for my 3D Home Architect Deluxe 3.0. I really don't want an upgraded version unless it operates the same was as the early version I have. Does anyone know how I can get the CDs to load to my new computer? Thanks

That is a very tall order. All the current versions of Windows will not accept 3d Home Architect. And only the older versions will. No one can do anything about it. Sorry about that. Older software is not compatible with current OSs.
Because it is an old version--> therefore it is not reasy for W Vista--> Try to use this sw in Compatibility mode--> Desktop--> right click on the program icon--> Properties--> compatibility--> select Windows XP
if your problem is the installation in Windows Vista--> Try to use this sw in Compatibility mode--> Desktop--> right click on the program icon--> Properties--> compatibility--> select Windows XP or other older version
