My voyager pro doesnt work with my skype on iphone.

It may have to do with the settings that are listed on Skype. Because you are using the headset with your phone, it should work with the Skype application, so please check your settings. If it continues to not function correctly, try re-pair or subscribing again.

Plantronics voyager pro plus is connected and paired with blackberry tour. when a call is coming in, I cannot answer or hang up the phone from the bluetooth headset.

Make sure that your Blackberry's headset mode is activated. If the headset mode is turned on in the Blackberry menu and settings, you may also need to re-pair the headset to your phone to make sure that it has a good connection. Before running through the pairing process, be sure to totally delete the headset from the Blackberry's menu. You may want the headset turned off for this process.

My plantronics 330 is paired to my iPhone 4. It works fine with the phone, but with no other applications. I want to hear the mapquest voice directions on my iPhone through the ear piece but it doesn't...

If you would like for your Bluetooth headset to stream music or any other audio applications to your phone, the Bluetooth profile in both devices must support Advanced Audio Distribution (A2DP) for audio streaming. Unfortunately the Explorer 330 does not support this newer technology. I would suggest updating your headset to a newer model but remember your phone must also support A2DP. The Plantronics Voyager Pro+, Voyager Pro HD & the M1100 Bluetooth profiles support A2DP. I will include a link for Bluetooth headsets below.

My plantronics Pro bluetooth was working well until last night when I had to reset my IPhone. Now the bluetooth is not working. It appears as if it is not compatible. I tried my son's Iphone who did not...

Please bear in mind that newer phones are like small computers, so they may become corrupt over time and you may need to reset them every so often. Simply turn your phone off and remove again the battery for a few seconds, then replace the battery and turn it back on again. Make sure the phone doesn't have any bluetooth interference loaded on. On the link below for the Plantronics Voyager Pro look at "Listen to the Voice" for turning the headset on and off to reset for pairing and follow the pairing instructions in the manual.
