You could try this if you have a normal computer scanner or the document is a file on your computer before being printed. Sounds like your fax machine is simply broken.

Face down...for scan,copy & fax..

Look in fax menu, to see what is the FAX RECEIVING MODE. It must be set to FAX.

i have use hp lajer jet 3050, now i have priner fully download but only sanner problem created tha massage show is " THERE IS NO PAPER IN THE FEEDER" so how do us solve this problem,

You need to reset fax settings first, go to the "Service" under the printers Main Menu and click on "Restore Defaults"
And then set the following settings under Fax Setup > Fax Receive Setup :

Answer Mode: Automatic
Rings to Answer: 2
Distictive Ring: All Rings

Now go to "All faxes" and change this settings:

Error correction : OFF
Fax Speed: Medium v.17

If you are using a digital line it would be a good idea installing a filter for the line

The scanner in your FAX is nothing working -- i.e., "100%-black" or "100%-white", and so what is transmitted is what the scanner has scanned, improperly.
