Broken phone My phone occasionally doesn't work Eg. screen goes black when open and phone occasionally turns the screen back to front .... i went to the phone company and they said i need a software update, where can i get such an update??? ... my phone is a samsung u600

    my phone's screen has just gone completely black after trying to open a text the other day. I have taken the battery and the sim card out several times to remove any debris/dust but to no avail. Any ideas?

    hi i have same problem but my fone screen black as if its off and when i put on charge the lights on the keys come on but when its off charge the light go off it as if the backlights dont work on the screen i can get on any thing any1 knows how to fix it plz could u tell me

Hi all,

I had simmilar problems ie screen ok when closed but fuzzy when slid open, screen going blank etc.

I replaced the flex cable that connects the screen to the main board and the phone now works perfectly.

Hi i have samsung u 600 and it is suddenly not working when i putt it on the charger it can go on but i cant see anything in the screen i can even phone or see contacts or send sms but when i take it out from the charger it goes off so what is that problem is it batterey or software plz need answer

I have a HTC 6800 that started acting funny about a week ago. At first the screen got lines across it when I would open the keyboard, then after a couple of days the srceen just froze when the keyboard was...
I had this same problem, there is a thin line of wires connecting the bottom half and top half of the sliders, after awhile it just plain wears out and will generally crack, without these wire anything on the front of your phone will no longer work. The screen is black but stil lights up a little bit and occasionally the buttons light up but its pretty much toast I'm sorry to say. I upgraded to a HTC Touch Pro 2 and am happier than ever!

Phone screen goes blank to a grey color (externallY) .
same problem, broke my screen, ordered a new screen off ebay and replaced it. now it works fine most of the time but sometimes external display freezes. sometimes goes black, sometimes goes multicolor pixelated (full screen, in blocks, or lines) when this happens sometimes touchpad still works, others not. removing battery usualy temporarily fixes.

No veiwing screen
Well the screen is rather broken or the switch which turns the sreen on when u flip it open is sticking, this is just on the back at the top. the next hing is that the screen is broken. the thing about people calling in would be the setting, u can not change the setting because u can not see wat u r doing on the phone.
