I need a manual for a Digitech DC-1010 handheld UFH CB radio. I dont know the web address for Digitech, when I google it all I get is a guitar website.

I own a Digitech DC1065 HH CB radio and no issues so far.

If so with no luck, may I suggest you join yahoo group specific to your radio Make/Model, there are experts with great info, plus you can download manuals, diagrams and software, etc.,,

I hope this is of help to you. (Ibought my DC1065 on ebay, no manual, but found the unit easy to work out, but I've got a bit of knowledge with radio equipment).

Before I try to give advice, I need more info.

I possess a Digitech DC1065 UHF 80 Channel CB hand held, so there seems to be some confusion here.

I live near Perth, Western Australia.

Firstly, How many channels does your radio have?

If the answer is 80, then what you have is a UHF CB, not a marine band radio.

Marine band is VHF with 87 Channels, in Australia that is, and the default channel is always 16.

Digitech are an Australian radio manufacturer, so you'll get great backup service.

If your radio is not defaulting to Ch16, then I am right about it being a UHF CB.

Therefore, it is useless for VHF anything, let alone Marine band.

I'm almost 100% sure this is a UHF CB in your possession.

Try this to prove me right please.

Reply to me with your Country and nearest city, I'll then be able to find a solution for you real quick, though I believe I already have.

Try cbtricks.com they have several manuals that you can download.. dont know if they have that model or not, but give them a try..

I have a Cobra HH-40 CB radio and am charging it as I type. The included charger is rated at 16V DC, 100mA. The pattery pack charges 10 AA rechargable batteries (the manual specifies NiCd, but you can also safely use NiHM). The 12V DC car charger included cannot be used to charge the battery pack, but can power the radio.

To my knowledge, it is positive. To confirm, pls look closely at the markings beneath the DC power jack.
