How do I load pictures to my 7 inch Optimus frame with the card out of my camera

You must be sure the frame will read the file format of the camera. If not, then load the pictures on your computer, use a file conversion program and use a second SD card to load the pictures on then put it in the frame.

Can't get it to switch over to USB or mmc how do I do that to load my pictures

I'd recommend putting the pictures on the memory card and inserting it into the digital frame first, them power it on. It should automatically load that way.

I HAVE HAD MY FRAME FOR ABOUT 5 YEARS AND NOW WHEN I AM TRYING TO ADD MY PICTURES IT JUST KEEPS GETTING STUCK -THE TIMER SHOWS BUT IT WILL NOT FINSH LOADING PICTURES

I think if the memory of your frame is almost full, the frame will reject any additional file by showing endless loading. Sometimes helps simple switching off and after a couple minutes switching on your frame.

Can't transfer music (audio) to the Frame

Make sure the music is in the correct file format for the frame. Some frames take MP3, others take WMA. If the format that you have is not compatible, you must convert it or the frame will not read it.

Transfer pictures

Plug the frame into the usb slot on your computer. Open up the folder with your pictures on it. Then open up my computer and look for the drive that is the frame. Drag your pictures right to the frame,s drive.,

Kodak easy share SV 811

I had the same problem. I use kodak easyshare software and load my pics on to that. Then put all the pics you want in the picture tray. Have your frame plugged into the computer with your usb cord. Then go up to File menu and drop down to "copy to". On my computer it is Folder "E" which is the drive the frame is connected to. Then pick from the Resize drop down menu " best for picture frame', then click copy. You will see the program loading all the pics to E drive. When done, unplug usb cord and you will see it loading on your pic frame. As easy as this is to do, I found it frustrating as well, but when it works, it is easy. Hope this helps
