I also did not have a calibration card with my new xbox and xbox support sells for $0.99 but is out of stock which is puzzling to say the least. I was aable to get an original from a Game Stop store. the black area measures: 9.5 cm top to bottom and is 16 cm wide. This will allow you to print from one of the offered sites but my trail to print were frustrating and using lot of black ink. When the sites gave deminsions it was difficult to identify what the measurements were actually measuring. 114mm x 178mm from what to what! especially since the borders shown were faded and were measuring the out side white borders. Hope this helps.

Kinectic requires update
You must update. Xbox requires it for proper functioning in the xbox kinect system. This enables the xbox to recognize your kinect camera and adds more features. So you not updating it wont let it work. Its the way Xbox companies makes their money.

Twister Mania start up issues
Make sure to run the Kinect setup and calibration in the Xbox 360 Dash. Move all the way to the right and select kinect settings. Run the setup and follow the instructions there. Make sure to have a Kinect setup card handy. (comes with games.) This should help with any calibration issues. If that doesn't work, try signing in with a different account, or doing an xbox live sign in test.

What is an xbox 360 storage device
Could be a memory card plugged into the front of your console (unless it's a kinect) or it's the hard drive you plug into the side of your console-big with silver stripe(once again unless it's a kinect). all in all it's your memory. Every game you start is gonna ask if you wanna save to hard drive or memory card if both are plugged in properly

No a bluetooth headset will not work with the Kinect. The Kinect has a mic built in to the unit to pick up sound from the entire room.

Try this...
An echo
  • Turn off digital effects on your audio receiver. Digital effects include things such as reverb, compression, and synthesized surround sound modes.
  • If you are using a TV and an audio receiver at the same, turn off the volume on the TV.
  • Use the Kinect Audio Tuner.
  • If you are hearing an echo during Xbox LIVE gameplay but not while you are playing offline, the problem might be with another player's Kinect sensor. Ask the other player to run the Kinect Audio Tuner.
No sound from one or more speakers
  • Make sure that the Xbox 360 A/V cable is properly connected to your audio system.
  • Make sure that all speakers are connected to your audio system.
  • If your audio system has speaker switches, make sure that the switches are on.
  • If your audio system has a receiver mode, make sure that the setting matches the number of speakers connected. For example, If you have Use this mode Two speakers Stereo Five speakers and a subwoofer 5:1 Seven speakers and a subwoofer 7:1

Will Kinect work with existing games?
This is another area that has sparked a lot of confusion, mostly due to the fact that a Kinect Burnout Paradise video has been released, and so people began assuming that since Burnout Paradise was a previously released game, that other previously released games will be available for Kinect use. That is not the case, as Kudo Tsunoda, the Creative Director for Kinect has said, that existing games require a large rewrite of their code, which will not make it practical for them to release update packs to work with Kinect. But, definitely expect some sequels to games, as well as annual sports games to come out utilizing Kinect controls.

This is only a calibration issue. Your monitor is fine. and the card is fine. I would go to your displays preference and go to calabrate your monitor again. This time just choose the calabration from the default one. Ask someone else if they can see the box you just put on there. Sometimes it helps to have a second set of eyes.
