IPhone 3G fix

Hi,

You can try to fix your phone using these steps:

1. Press and hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button simultaneously for at least 10 seconds.
2.The screen will clear out and then the Apple Logo will appear on the black background.
3. When the logo appears it means that the reset is done.

Try a firmware restore, a guide on how to do that ishere: iPhone Firmare restore. If that doesn't resolve the issue it looks like you need a new logic board which in theory you can replace yourself. Here's a guide on how to disassemble an iPhone. Maybe a tech savy friend can do it for you. If you want to have somebody else do it for you there are third party iPhone Repair Services.

Sounds like a worn out battery. If apple doesn't help you, You're gonna have to disassemble the phone and replace it : iPhone Repair Guide.

it could be a problem in you iPhone 3G LCD screen. if you have another 3G devices, try switching the screens and testing your device with another screen.
you can easly find on Youtube the way to disassembly your iPhone 3G.

First you will need to jailbreak your iphone.

You can't send and receive files with the iPhone's bluetooth. Version 3 of their firmware will supposedly provide this functionality, but only on the iPhone 3G. (2G models don't have the necessary hardware)

As for the hands-free car setup, that should work just fine. It's a matter of pairing the two devices together.

Yes it can be fixed what you will have to do is restore the iPhone 3G by doing that you will have to connect your iphone to your computer and iTunes will open then under devices pick your iPhone and you will see the restore button in grey click it and presto.

This problem is with the phone and not the network. Takie your complaints to APple and have them fix the antenna for your device.

It's possible that Apple will upgrade it, but it's not sure if it'll be in the near future.
