I put new radio in my 96 jeep grand Cherokee now dash lights don't work

dash back lights, you mean, not the warning lamps in cluster
the dash back lamps run off a dimmer (park ckt)
and if you wire this line wrong called dial light line.
you blow up the dimmer or just the fuse for it.
check fuses.
do not ground that wire, at radio ever.
the schematic is free. posted here over 100 times.
here it is 1 more time, click wiring, radio
chapter 8w (wiring)
see page 47 (Radio)

blew up fuse 12 did you?
radio conn. C1 pin 4.
do not ground this wire or boom.... (you let smoke out)

keep in mind many jeeps have upto 3 radio choices new.
getting the correct schematic, takes cash
or alldata.com.

Black vertical lines come and go for scans to computer and copies

I suspect the Document Feeder is not aligned properly and light is leaking in. You will need to have a technician in to check the alignment of the scanner to see if it needs to be readjusted. random black lines on edges usually indicate light leaking into the scan area.

Back up lights not working

you didnt check the BACK fuse?>

all cars the method is the same,
its just a switch.
that switch closes and the lamps glow. super simple , like a flash light.
we use this dirt cheap tool , sold at walfart for $10
back in late 60s it was $1000 in todays dollars. you are blessed today.
its called a DMM.
turn dial to volts.
check volts at the lamp in reverse.
0v, bad.
12v good, bad lamps, bad ground to lamps.
6v( not 12) is shorted line. or corrosion in line.
lets pretend its 0v. in reverse.
i got to the 5speed, rev. switch .
I have 12vcd one side, (if not the fuse is blown or wire bad)
i have 0v out.
the switch is bad.
that easy,

Equally spaced lines across page only on color copies

If not in the direction of the paper feed then in the direction of the scan head. Dirt on the scan head or bad scan head or scan head connection. Send it back.

Black vertical line when copying a book page.no light leaks.

If it is along the edge of the print, it may be the edge of the book page you are seeing. if it is going through the text of the page, your scan carriage is likely skipping. If you don't see this on copies of single sheets of paper laid on the glass, then the weight of the book may be deforming the glass enough to catch the scan carriage as it passes. If you see it on single copied sheets, there is probably something on one of the scan rails under the glass that the carriage is "hopping" over as it passes. You could try watching the scan carriage move while holding the lid open to see if the carriage "hops" once during a scan.

P0453 evap emission control system pressure PRVS sensor high

i would make sure that all the connections at the fuel tank pressure sensor are good also check for bent lines that may be restricting fuel , even the return line and vapor return line.
these trucks do have a lot of wiring problems for the fuel tank pump. check the ground for the pump, it goes to frame. if you need to add another ground wire and splice it in.

If the truck was running good before the tank drop then double check everything . also you may have a bad sensor. with your scan tool you could , if the scan tool can. test sensor by add air to tank, make sure to clip the vent line and check readings when adding air to tank and then release the air and watch the readings if they do not go up and down then replace the sensor.

Black line on copy

Lines on scanned or copied pages is usually caused by ink and trash on the scanner glass. Check the glass on your printer for something blocking the light on the scanner. Here is a link to an article about this issue and where to clean.

My scanner is now adding a page with a black line that runs from top to bottom of the page and the actual document scanned is page 2. But the document is fine with no line through it. Does this mean that...

Check your scanner software settings. It is probably set at duplex ever time you start to scan. That is why you get two pages for every pass, the front and the back. You must place the document in the feeder in a way that the front side of the document is page 2. You may want to flip it next time you scan. So the main question is why there is black line from top to bottom? That is because there is a piece of dirt stuck on the glass of the scanner. You see, this scanner actually does two scanning when a page runs through it: the front and the back in duplex mode. So there are two scanners in side the box. The front page scanner apparently is dirty and needs to be cleaned with clean cloth and lens cleaner.

Check engine light blinking. Car is running with a pudder, basically like ****. what could be the problem

I dont think there is a code for...****... LOL however I do think the very first thing you need to do is look over the entire engine to visually see if a vacuumn line is off the intake or a plug wire is grounding(listen for a snapping sort of noise) if nothing looks obvious get a scan done on the computer, this will reveal a code which should reveal the malfunctioning system.
Too many pages of problems to list for you to worry about without having the vehicle scanned first.
Happy Motoring!!!
