My Olympia Info Globe with ID and Phone has stopped completely working. Can it be fixed?
The globe has gone completely out and the phone does work. I have put in a new battery for the phone and it still not work.

It appears that you have already removed the 4 screws. The globe will not just fall off, it has to be pried. Take a small- bladed screwdriver or a small-bladed pocket knife and gently pry from any small opening you see between the globe and its base. Work the blade around the globe and it will come off. I just did it and now I'm trying to figure out how to get inside the "guts" of the globe. Will keep you advised.
Dit it stop all the led messages?
Mine started to show weird messages or nothing at all.
I removed the blue top and the spinning device inside has small screws that you can remove.
I cleaned the electric contacts with alcohol and now, the globe is working again.
