This is the information I sent to Zynga: I haven't been able to connect to Yoville from my account since January 13, but my daughter has been able to connect from her account, using my computer, so I know that it is not an issue with my browser. However, I tried all the suggestions for solving this problem anyway, just to be sure. Here is my information: 1. I am using Windows 7 on my laptop and XP on my desktop; I cannot connect with either system. I have tried using three different brands of computers: Toshiba, Gateway, and eMachines. 2. I usually use Firefox 5.0, but have also tried with Chrome, IE 8, and AOL. 3. Yes, I use Avira and AVG Anti-virus software, but, as I said, my daughter can connect from her account on this computer while I cannot. 4. I connect to the Internet using broadband. 5. I use wireless with my laptop and wired with my desktop. 6. I am able to load other Facebook games. 7. Please describe in detail what you saw on your screen as you attempted to load our game: The Zynga/Yoville bar is at the top, with the little boxes with other Zynga games in them. I can connect to those other games, just not Yoville. Below that is the tab bar with the "Play Yoville" tab highlighted. If I click on any of the other tabs, it opens. For example, I can click on the "Free Gifts" tab, and it will open. I can send gifts, and I assume they are being received because my daughter received hers. The help icon and the icon for changing character settings are there. Nothing happens if I click on the "?", but if I click on the icon to change character settings, that page comes up. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game several times with no change. I can get to my Yoville.com profile, and all my houses and inventory are there, but I cannot connect to the game from Yoville.com. Thank you for helping me with this issue. I spend a lot of time (and money) playing this game. I have 80 Yocash that I'd like to use and feel that I lost my money buying them since I cannot connect. I'm missing out on the collectible items and the new Italian home and furniture which I really want. I was in the middle of working on a new home and now may never be able to finish it. I would appreciate someone contacting me to at least let me know that this issue is being looked into or if this has happened and been resolved for others in the past. I'm sure it is either a Facebook platform or Yoville problem and that I have done all I know how to do on this end. Thank you so much for your time. Notice that the ad that loads for everyone else in between these two bars does not begin to load for me.
