It takes about 10 minutes before picture becomes stable after turning on the TV.

If you immediately have a picture but it jitters and loses sync until it reaches operating temperature you most likely have a failing capacitor on the Power Supply allowing a ripple on the T-con board supply rail, or at worst a faulty t-com board. Try cooling either board with a freezer spray from Maplins or similar to try to narrow the fault to one of these boards and then to a specific component, a 19" set may do all the work on one PCB Board which will make identification of the component culprit simpler.

Power supply from My Toshiba 32A3000P is defect. The voltages and currents are not provided so therefore the TV is notswitching on. I need the P/N of power supply in order to buy it. Can you support me?

Hi
To buy a new power switching regulator board, you needn't have the part number of it. It can be purchased from Toshiba Authorised Service center by informing the exact model number of your Toshiba TV. They will give you the orginal replacement board. The identification number will be printed on the circut board itsef. You can also buy it from "Alibaba" or "Ebay" by quating that PCB number. Get into their web sites and search for your board. They will send it to you by E-payment. OK.

I was wondering if I could get some help with a RCA F22715 32" TV, please. Was working fine, then got up one morning and tried to power on. No green light on top of set, remote wouldn't power it up. Power...

I would check the (hot) or horzional out put transistor. Its possibly shorted. Also check the power supply for any other secondary fuses. They may look like a resistor, but they could be identifed on the pcb. Look at all the capacitors in the power supply to see if any are bulging on the top or leaking at the bottom. Alway replace any compoenent with the same value. Hope this is helpful.

Busted component

Getting a schematic is rather doubtful. You might be able to get a general idea of the circuit from somewhere on the 'net.

Was the power supply dead?

ATX style power supplies have both a standby and main section. The standby supplies a low current +5 volts to a small portion of the motherboard.

If the component failure is in this section, this standby voltage will be missing or incorrect, and the computer will be dead- won't power on at all.

I've seen a number of catastrophic failures in this standby circuit, and repair isn't suggested or economically feasible, especially as some parts often poof beyond identification.

When the pwr button is pushed, the main section comes on, and supplies +5 (Red wires), +12 (Yellow wires), +3.3 (Orange wires), -5, -12. Look here for this info http://pinouts.ru/Power/atx_v2_pinout.shtml

Voltages are precisely regulated, and any substantial deviation (more than a few 10ths of a volt) indicate a problem, especially on the +5 & +3.3 lines.

Wd52725 problem

code 12 means no error detected. However when your lamp wont light and you have replaced the lamp it is usually traced to the cpacitors on the PWB PCB that need replacement. You can get a repair kit for that model at the following link. Its called the V26 PWB PCB repair kit. which contains all the capacitors and a CD with the capacitor board locations and disassembly instructions and board Identification and full Service manual for that model DLP. Heres the link.

Its probably not the chips that is defective Jim.. these camcorders use those really small pana caps there called and they leak and go bad and sometimes NO NO most of the time cause the PCB to oxide and melts the pcb traces. If when you try to unsolder these surface mounted caps your gonna get a really acid type smaell thats bad smelling and bad for you too. if thats the case its bad. Good luck and please report back if you want more info.
