I have a blueant that i pair two phones. i lose one of the phone and got a new one.will not let me pair the new phone said it full. i have two phone pair up. how do i unpair the phone i loss

How to connect or pair a Blueant Bluetooth handfree. 1. Switch off the Blueant: i.e. push the microphone inside the Blueant. 2a. Press and hold the GREEN telephone symbol (or Accept) pushbutton On the Blueant flat face for 8 seconds. (this makes unit go into “pairing” mode) 2b. at the same time switch Power On to the Blueant by pushing out the microphone on the side of the Blueant. 3.The Bluetooth Indicator will turn a blinking red/blue, when you see this, release the Accept Button . The Blueant is now in “pairing” mode. 4. Get you mobile in Bluetooth search mode to pair with a new device. 5. The Blueant will request your mobile device for a password. 6. Enter the password= 0000 , the devices now will be paired.
7. Set the Blueant as a trusted/authorized device, if this is option in your phone.

Have you tried resetting the Blueant Z9i? You push the Volume Up, Volume Down and Blueant buttons all at the same time (with the device on). This will eliminate all paired phones, then re-pair with just your phone (hold down Blueant button for 6 seconds or so to enter pairing mode).
