Onity door flashing red with room key card but master key works. Batteries are new.

A few possibilities. First reprogram guest key then dip. If not fixed, load pp and Initialize lock. If not fixed confirm proper operation of pp by Initializing a known working lock. If pp is in good shape, change control board and Initialize. Your problem should now be fixed.

I havea Casio PCR262 Electronic Cash Register. It got wet and now it shows 0.00 and non of the buttons work, or even total out. What do you suggest?

you need to dry up the units internal component first specially the keyboard parts. if you are a techie guy try to dismantle the keyboard and clean the contacts on its buttons. if it is already dried out, test it first and if it still wont work perform a mac operation to initialize and load default settings for your cash register. you could see the process on how to initialized the unit through the user manual. if you dont have a user manual.try to search on google. now you need to start reprogramming all the features of the cash register all over again and you definitely need the user manual to guide you in the process.
for the basic mac initialization try this steps if this could do it 1 unplug the unit, switch the mode key to PGM 2. while pressing both the journal and receipt feed button, plug the unit. waith for the unit to display a series of 0's then release the journal and receipt button and press subtotal. this might initialize the unit to its default settings.

I have a pro 97 hand held cant get it out of clone mode

Your scanner is designed to automatically enter CLONE mode when a cloning cable is attached, and to exit CLONE mode when the cable is disconnected. If you do not currently have a cable connected, you will need to INITIALIZE your scanner to return it to normal operation. NOTE: Initializing the scanner will erase/delete all programmed data and return the scanner to its original factory settings. Before starting this procedure, be sure that you have a record of all programming information so that you can reprogram your scanner.

To INITIALIZE the PRO-97:

1. Turn the scanner OFF.
2. Turn the scanner ON. "Multi-system Trunking Scanner" appears.
3. Press the 0 (zero) key while "Multi-system Trunking Scanner" appears.
4. Press the 1 (one) key.
5. Press the ENT key. "Initializing please stand by" appears on the display for about five seconds.

Do not turn the scanner OFF until the initialization process is complete. When it is complete "M000" will appear on the top line of the display, and "Bank 0 Ch 00" will appear on the third line of the display.

Once the process is complete you can begin to reprogram the scanner.

My child played with scanner & now it is a mess i have tried the turning it off and then on then program and number 1 but that doesn't seem to be working correctly - i have read the manual but can't...

If all else fails, you can INITIALIZE the scanner to return it to the original factory settings. This will erase everything that you've programmed into it though, so be prepared to reprogram all your frequencies/systems. To INITIALIZE the PRO-164:
- Turn the scanner OFF, then turn it ON again. "Multi-system Trunking Scanner" will appear on the display.
- While "Multi-system Trunking Scanner" is displayed, press the "0" key.
- Press the "1" key.
- Press the "ENT" key. "Initializing please stand by" will appear on the display for about 5 seconds. The process is complete when the display switches to "M000" and "Bank 0 CH 00".

NOTE: Do not power the scanner OFF until the INITIALIZE process is complete.

Pioneer DEH-P4800MP - Can not get into INITIAL mode to change settings

Actually, TRY powering OFF the unit, and release the volume button. Then, press and hold ONLY THE VOLUME BUTTON, until the initial settings appear. Pioneer really needs to get their act together on this issue. I have read all over that MANY people have had this issue, and the website is just a repeat of their lame printed manual.

Hope this helps. In review:

From OFF, press and hold ONLY THE VOLUME BUTTON. The initial settings shall appear at this point after about three seconds...

I just read these instructions, and while trying it, I found that my FUNCTION KEY had ABSOLUTELY NO FUNCTION IN THIS.
