Creda concept halogen cooker -2nd hand

Nothing at all works on the cooker I've just bought ! There is power going in and all terminals / wires etc inside test 'live'.

Is there an installation sequence etc or is the timer broken and switched off the entire cooker ? Any ideas please !

    after a powerbreak in my appartment, it has stopped working, the oven the cookers , everything has got broken.

Bad timer, or the elements are bad. or the breakers are all kicked. check the breakers and the gfci plugs for the kitchen, just as is below.

for the apartment problem, check the breakers in the breaker box, and turn off then back on. if still not working, check the kitchen plugs for a gfci plug (has a tiny push button in the middle, push to reset) being kicked.

Creda Concept c462e trips circuit breaker but only when using both ovens
wired wrong to the breakers seems to me.
read the oven spec, on amps max
the see if your breaker can do those amps
then deal with that. if wrong or call and electrician to fix it.
page 5 in your manual (UK?) states

The cooker must be connected by a competent person such as one who is a, NICEIC registered
contractor to a suitable double-pole control unit with a minimum rating of 32A and a minimum
contact clearance of 3mm (applicable to newer properties, older properties where a 30A double
pole control unit and a minimum contact clearance of 3mm is acceptable).
The double pole control unit should be fitted adjacent to the cooker, in accordance with IEE
regulations. The control unit must be within 2 metres of but not directly above the appliance and
should be easily accessible in the event of an emergency.
The power supply cable should conform to B.S.6004 with a conductor size of 6mm2 (we call that wire gauge)
, minimum.!!! nothing smaller allowed in copper diameter.
Access to the mains terminals is gained by removing the rear access cover. The mains cable must
pass through the cable clamp adjacent to the terminal block. Sufficient cable should be used to
allow the cooker to be pulled out for servicing

Hi, if there is no regulation on the hob, it is typically the switch that is faulty unless halogen, then it could be the thermal cutout.

Creda Concept Solarglo Cooker. Grill not working. Elements seem ok as top oven works fine. Any ideas gratefully accepted! Thanks in anticipation.
Most common problem is that the grill element is probably faulty/blown. Also check the wiring at the grill element terminals as wiring sometimes burns off. The grill controllers don't normally get faulty as they generally last a lot longer than the elements.

Creda concept cooker oven stopped working fan still going light gone when cooker was on opened door and there was sparks comming from were the fan is and a bit of smoke then oven stopped its 5yrs old
circular element has gone. remove rear panel inside oven and element will be in sight. to replace, remove also back external panel and element is held in by two nuts usually. make a note of wiring before starting. element cost is about £30
