This will give you an idea how to. If you aren't sure which memory you need, you will have to look in your current modules for the type or DDR-2 chips your laptop uses. It will say something like PC-xxx. This is the number you need to buy. I couldn't find that info but your laptop only has a max capacity of 2 GB. Right now you have 1 GB (2x 512 modules). So I suggest you buy 2x1gb modules. You can find them cheap on ebay. Make sure you read very carefully about price/S&H and the condition of the modules. Buy them new, they last longer and you're 100% sure no one has broken them. Also buy from people with a 95-99% of positive reviews. Another thing is NEVER touch the golden connectors. This can cause the chip to burn with your static electricity, so make sure you only touch them from the sides(the silicon part).

Installing memory upgrade

Hello: there is a memory upgrade compartment on the bottom of you computer, It may had one or two screws holding the cover in place. Take off the cover and the memory bay should be exposed. Install memory of the same speed and type, you might want to take the memory with you for exact matching. There should be an extra slot for upgrading.

Thanks hope this helps, Please leave comment
