F1 means that your dishwashers have flooded. You can download the video in the link below to see how to get rid of the error and fix your dish drawer for numerous other problems. If your drawer is noisy you may want to replace the rotors at this time as well. The rotor will cause the F2 error

F1 = Flood Code

This means that the dishwasher most likely has a leak

There is a float switch in the bottom of the machine and when water gets down there it trips the code

F2 = Roter not moving

you can remove the basket and spray arm and pull the roter out and make sure its clean and give it a try.

Samsung dishwasher why is F2 not explained

Hi, F2 means that the Main Control Board is not getting the right signal from the user interface, turn off the power to the machine & then go to you tube there are several videos showing the correct way to remove the screws to give you access to the inner door liner to check all the contacts are clean & connected properly, as if this doesn't correct it then the user interface is probably the cause as it is most likely faulty & needs to be replaced, but to be sure I would follow the step by step tutorial on you tube for your make & model....

I hope this helps....

How do I get it to go into bios when pressing f2 doesn't work?

Per the internet site, it depends upon the model of laptop. Here are some examples:

Laptops - Access Bios Settings Key

Issue

The most common Access Bios key is the "DEL" button or "F2". This depends on the laptop model, however, and can be confusing if you do not know which key to press.

Solution

Here is a list of laptop models and brands with the keyboard commands / key for accessing the BIOS Setup:

Acer: F1, F2, CTRL+ALT+ESC

ARI: CTRL+ALT+ESC, CTRL+ALT+DEL

AST: CTRL+ALT+ESC, CTRL+ALT+DEL

Compaq 8700: F10

CompUSA: DEL

Cybermax: ESC

Dell Laptops:

Dell 400: F3, F1

Dell 4400: F12

Dell Dimension: F2 or DEL

Dell Inspiron: F2

Dell Latitude: Fn+F1 (while booted)

Dell Latitude: F2 (on boot)

Dell Optiplex: DEL

Dell Optiplex: F2

Dell Precision: F2

eMachine: F2

Gateway 2000 1440: F1

Gateway 2000 Solo: F2

HP (Hewlett-Packard): F1, F2 (Laptop, ESC)

IBM: F1

E-pro Laptop: F2

IBM PS/2: CTRL+ALT+INS after CTRL+ALT+DEL

IBM Thinkpad (newer) Windows: Programs-Thinkpad CFG.

Micron: F1, F2, or DEL

Packard Bell: F1, F2, Del

Seanix: DEL

Sony VAIO: F2

Sony VAIO: F3

Tiger: DEL

Toshiba 335 CDS: ESC

Toshiba Protege: ESC

Toshiba Satellite 205 CDS: F1

Toshiba Tecra: ESC then F1 or F2

Toshiba Notebook [Newer models]:

  • Turn on the computer by holding down the power button while pressing the ESC key

    • The machine will beep, then display:

    • Check System, then press [F1] key.

  • Release the ESC key

  • Press the F1 key

Flashing F1 code, how do I fix

F1 code is water leaking. 1- Dry out the bottom housing to make the F1 disappear. 2- Replace Actuators and the lid seal to prevent this happens again. The actuators is pulling down from the left and right sides to hold the top lid against the top surface of the tube groove to seal water from coming out during the wash cycle. When actuators are bad, they can not hold the lid down or make the lid tilted to one side hence the leak is coming. When the lid is tilted for a long time the seal is distorted then it has to be replaced since it is out of tube groove shape

HI I HAVE A F2 CODE ON MY TOP DRAW OF MY DELONGHI DOUBLE DRAW

You will need.to remove the draws and dry the under tray as it has a flood.warning sensor to detect water, this is due to lime.building up.around the tub top.seal and will.need.cleaning off as it causes leaks to run down into the tray
