Press the "MENU" button, select Prefer, highlight Parental Control and press the right arrow key or menu button to enter the PIN code entry screen. 0000 is the default password. When the correct PIN # is entered the Parental Control Menu opens and you can change your settings and PIN code here.

Fuser reset: Press 'system menu/counter' key, select 'service setting', then while pressing 'start' and '#', press 'enter'. Select 'Maintenance mode', then press 'enter'. Enter '163' using the up/down keys, then press 'enter'. Turn machine off to exit Maintenance mode. C6000 indicates fuser did not come up to temp in the allotted time; you 'may' have a bad heater lamp if code reappears. Good luck.........

if you need to manually enter the keys a different procedure is required to previous versions of the firmware.

To access the key entry screen try the following:

On the remote press "Menu".
Highlight "Language Settings" and press "OK".
Highlight "1st audio lang" or "2nd audio lang" or "Subtitle lang" NOT "Menu language", then press the buttons 1,9,6,8 in order.
The key entry screen should now be visible.
Use the left/right arrow keys or "FAV" button to find the "NagraVision" screen which contains the keys for UK service providers.

If all you need is to get into service mode I will be more than happy to help. In fact, I would gladly help you further but it sounds like you know where you are heading. So, to enter service mode. Press "additional functions", then press the numbers 2 and 8 at the same time, then press "additional functions" again. That will put you in service mode . I have to assume you know where you are going and why. Be careful, and take care. SPINAL.............

When you enter wrong code for more than 5 times your mobile gets locked,so if you enter master code/unlock code also your mobile will not get unlock.....
