You have to have the tv "set" to the right input. note where you have hooked up the cables in the back (inputs should be numbered) you must select the coresponding input number on the input selection on the remote.
Unless you used an HDMI cable to hook up your ps3 (flat usb sort of jack) you have not rotated through all of your input options on your remote, there should be at least 1 component video input (you would have used a 3 wire input,(a red,green and blue cables) and you should probably have at least one composite video connection (yellow ended Jack) look at the input numbers by the jacks you plu

Your PS2 is connected to a component input ,there should be a video 1 or 2 to display that game on the remote. there may be more than 1 AV input selector on the remote but usually you hit input then use the arrow down on the main pad to see a list of available inputs.

Thanks 4 the Reply! We don't have the instructions for the TV! When we set it up it found all the Satellite Channels but Not the PS3 (which had a game playing) at the time! We came across a menu with HDMI AND HDMI1 on there.....we selected each of them in turn but had no luck!
Thanks for the reply! We have the PS3 running through a HDMI cable and the PS2 through the stranded plug ( red,green and blue)
