The phone you have DKT2020-SD can be used on many different Toshiba phone systems. For a phone all you will find are user guides. You need to find out which phone system you have and look for the manual for the system. All the Toshiba phone systems say "Toshiba" plus the description on the front cover. Example: "Toshiba Strata DK-280"
Not sure what you plan to change but programming can be quite difficult if you have no experience with it. It does depend a lot on which system you have. Many of the newest systems require special programming software.

You can log into mailbox 999 with security code 999997 or just 997 and press menu 8 for admin features. Your manul and guides are found here

The DKT 2020 was used what a few different Toshiba systems. Users guides were referenced to the model and version of the systen rather than the model of the telephone. With that in mind, here's a link for a DK280 system, Most of the features should work ok.

If the phone is on any Toshiba DK system, enter programming mode my pressing the following sequence (without selecting an intercom line, or an outside line, but at the phone's idle state with the handset down)

On a CIX or CTX System, again, at the phone's idle state w/ handset down dial
