When i seeing the tv suddenly power cut , so i switch off and removed the power cord .after getting power supply i switch on the tv the stand by red light is not appear and then removed the power cord along with the fuse . i replaced the fuse still is not working

There could be a few possible causes for the standby light on your Devant TV to keep blinking and the TV not turning on. Here are a few things you could try:
Check the power cord and outlet. Make sure that the power cord is securely plugged into the TV and the outlet, and that the outlet is receiving power.

It will be best to replace the power supply regulator board as card basis rather than making "Surgery" to it; which usually will make loss for both money and time. Even though you can make it right, it will cost around an amount equal to the cost of a new board; including the cost of (spare parts + service charge) More to say, most of the spare parts to it will be difficult to get from open electronic spare part market. This is true to most of the flat panel TV power supply boards; irrespective of its brand and screen size.
There is a fuse in the tv power supply board,a fuse it is located near the a/c socket plug in of the tv power supply board.Lighting storm pack a huge anount of power and magnatic static field.If ur tv was in that path.U will not fixed it with a new fuse the tv whole power board probally dead already and those other circuit boards on the tv might be dead too.Good look with the replacement of the fuse,maricles might happen ur tv just have a dead fuse only.Not must take to or call many tvs shops and get the best estamates prices to fixed the tv.Not a do it self project,if tv a got hit by a massive power surges.

You have to trace from the power cord to the motor the supply .You will need to see where the problem is to cut power .
it can be a reset switch( if available in the unit), the main switch control.
if not it can be the motor, make sure the bowl locks well to latch the safety switch as some models the motor wont spin otherwise.
Check the power outlet with another device that you know has working power to ensure the outlet is ok.
Secondly make sure if the TV has a removeable power cord that it is securely in place and not loose.
How severe was the did the TV bumped by the dog? If it has fallen of it's stand, etc, it may has suffered damage to the power supply or where the cord attatches itself to the power supply printed circuit board.

Ur tv power supply board it defective,it have dead parts call capacitors.U know basic electronnic's and soldering?Take ur tv aparts,where the a/c power cord go into it.That ur power supply board,searches all around the power supply board and it supporting boards.Look for these dead gases leakage capacitors,they all have bulges on it top or puff up on it top.Replaced these dead gases lekages capacitors,will get ur tv power back,stable and work.Or tries websites like Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a whole refurbish power supply board for the replacement.
