Ifthe is more than 3 - 4 years old then the battery could be wornout. Rechargeable batteries have a finite number of charge and discharge cyclesand will lose their charge capacity over time, i.e. won't charge to 100% andgradually the charge reduces until the battery won't charge up atall. ORThe battery shows a 100% charge but when the adapter is disconnected thebattery drops off to zero capacity in a very short time.If the battery drops to an unacceptable chargelevel then the battery needs to be replaced.

Charging your power chair or scooter the correct way can make them last

Whenever you need to charge your power chair or scooter get into the habit of charging overnight. The battery level indicator lights will tell you if your chair or scooter needs charging. Whenever the lights are down into the yellow and especially if they are in the red. If you have the off-board charger, plug the charger into the charger port in the front of your joystick and then plug the charger into the wall socket or turn the on/off switch on and let it charge overnight. When you get up in the morning the charger should have a red light(power) and a green light illuminated (indicating fully charged) Always turn the charger off or unplug it from the wall socket before you unplug it from the chair or scooter. Never have the power on to the charger when you plug or unplug it from your chair or scooter. Whenever you get new batteries always give your batteries a full charge before use and then if you use the chair daily charge it every night. If you do not use your chair or scooter daily charge it at least once a week. Never leave the charger plugged in and on for more than 24 hours. Your batteries should last you 3-4 years if you charge them correctly.

My nokia 5610 have no power at all but when i start to charge it has the indication of charging

This is because the only power the phone is receiving is from the power cord from the wall. When this problem occurs, it is because the battery in your phone is completely dead and not capable of receiving a charge (in other words the battery is fried). the solution would be a new battery. A tip on avoiding this problem in the future would be to only charge the phone to a "full charge" and then remove the charger. Avoid leaving it on charge all night while you sleep as this is the main cause of battery death. Also car chargers are another culprit, which is an un-known fact. a car charger uses a different kind of electricity which is stronger. If you have ever noticed that if it takes an hour to fully charge your phone when it is plugged into the wall, it may only take approximately 20 minutes to fully charge the phone in your car. So you if you must charge your phone in your car, charge it for no longer that 10 to 15 minutes at any one-time. good luck

The problem with my nokia n900 is when the battery finsh and the phone turn off icant charge my phone nokia n900 can you help mee plzzzzz

Remove and re-install the battery. Keep the phone switched off and connect the charger. Wait a few minutes before you attempt to switch it on again. If this does not work, your battery is fried due to deep discharge and needs to be replaced.

Update the Maemo 5 operating software on your phone, the current release removes a lot of software problems, including the charge blockade in low battery situation.

My blackberry outlet carger on my phone will not carge my phone ithink its broken what do i do

This depends on what you are willing to do. The first and recommended solution is to buy a new charger. If you have one of the latest Nokia phones, the same charger can be used to charge a Blackberry. (Note: This has been tested by me on a Blackberry Curve 8520, using a Nokia N900 charger. Both have the same ends, for which I only use one charger to charge both, and one USB cable to upload files to both phones.)

Does not charge

Hello,

Have you use another similar charger to charge the phone to see if it will charge? If you have and yet the phone did not charge, the problem could be from the phone charging port, you will need to replace the phone charging port befoire the phone can charge.

If the charging port i replace, the phone will charge.

Take care.

If you use a car charger, use a wall plug instead and replace the battery; because a lot of car chargers can harm battery life…especially if that is all you’ve ever used. Also check the settings on the phone, if you have disabled power saving features that dim the screen after so many seconds then the back light will drain the battery very quickly. Use name brand batteries and not the ones that come with the phone, Sometimes the ones that come with the phone can ****. Finally, make sure that you do not have a short in your wall charger and that the first time you use a new battery you charge it fully to begin with and don’t charge it again until it is completely depleted. Supposedly newer batteries do not have to be primed, but I find it is a good practice anyway. Use the charger that came with your phone, the voltage/amps are not always just right if using a radio shack special.
