I was using a BSNL sim card in my nokia 2650 n had given password to my phone. i forgot the password and the mobile is able to operate only when i insert the BSNL sim .i looked for the data cable compatible for nokia 2650 but it went in vain.plz tell me what to do?? how to unlock the phone or find the password. reply. from:- aditya

PUK code is related to your network operator, call the customer care of your network operator. They will ask you your 19 digit sim card number which is given in your simcard itself, firstly take out your simcard from your mobile and then note it down again put it inside the simtray, and call to customer care from any other phone of same network(idea/airtel/bsnl...etc).Ask them for PUK code they will ask you for the 19 digit simcard number and they will give u a code, put that code and follow the instructions provided by them

Everyone who looses their mobile tends to get really upset. I understand that you are angry that no one was honest enough to return it. However, unless your phone is locked to work only with BSNL, the user will be able to use it. However, if the phone was locked to BSNL, they could also help you locate your phone via IEMI.

There are various network specification for each operators like airtel, BSNL, etc
Nokia 3110 supports GSM 900 / 1800 / 1900 so Airtel SIM card should work in your mobile.
Try using some other airtel sim cards and some other sim cards from other vendors as well. SOme times the problem with network chip may also cause this problem. so in such case, you can approach nokia service center to claim under warranty.

Please call the Bsnl Customer care of your area (bsnl circle). Tell them your problem and they'll promptly give you the puk code. There's no other way that you can get or obtain it. You should also understand that multiple random/invalid entries will block or reject your sim card permanently. So, before you face any untoward circumstances, contact the bsnl customer care. They'll ask you few questions about the sim card information like sim card owner's name, sim card number (not the mobile number) etc.. and will give you the instructions on how to unlock it and how to disable it from the Settings.

You can get your puk code from customer care so call there from any other bsnl number

puk code is also printed on the voucher of sim card when you have purchased the sim...

The existed Master code calculators won't work on your model . You can get the unlock code here and you can check the list of models supported by the calculatorhere .
The Default is : 12345
Solution : Take your phone to some place where people can unlock your phone

this phone might have been made only to detect the airtel sim cards as the phone in question might have been made only for the air tel company
in collaboration with nokia .

so there might be no code for it to allow all the sim cards .
