Check with another same battery,or recharge it sufficiently
The most common suggestions that work often are pressing the power button for 15-30 seconds, or pressing the home/volume down or up/power button at the same time for 10-20 seconds, pressing power and touching the screen, trying another charger and/or cable, or even pressing power and volume up/down while plugging the the charger.For any others support you can visit at Samsung India sites in its user manual.

Plug in your tablet, hold the power button while also hold downing the home button (white, black or silver button on front of tablet beside the return key) until the battery icon shows on the tablet. If this doesn't work and you are still under warranty send it back to Samsung. If no longer under warranty you will need to remove the entire back of the Tab and disconnect the battery from the motherboard. I do not give advice on doing this and you will have to look elsewhere for that procedure. I hope the simple fix works.

Here are the facts.
1. Samsung Galaxy 10.1 is running Android 3.1.
2. Yahoo messenger is ported till Android 2.2.
Solution:
1. You may have to wait for sometime time till Yahoo compiles IM in Android 3.1.
2. Use android 3.1 provided IM client to connect to Yahoo Messenger.

First of all in user's guide manual says that this tablet works just fine with only 3 IM : 1.Google Talk; 2. Windows Live Messanger 3. Yahoo! Messanger.
Try one of those to see if the camera button appears.
