Hey. I was wondering if someone could help solve my problem.
There is 478.6MB being used on my Mp3. Yet there is nothing on there. Not a single song.
I can't put anything else on there and resetting it hasn't done anything.
Any suggestion would be wonderful
Jessie
Please format the player and then check if its showing the same message on the display ,please let me know...

Hey Jessie, how are you?
Did you try formatting it ?
1.) if its on windows, connect it to you computer
2.) it should show up as a removable drive in my computer
3.) right click it and select format..
or
on the menu (maybe settings) in the mp3 player there should be a function to format it, try that..
Let me know what happens dark!!
