Nothing's wrong with your gun or machine. Your unit has a duty cycle of 20 percent at 90 amps, meaning that it will work (weld) great for 2 straight minutes and then it needs to cool down for 8 minutes. The duty cycle it is measure in 10 minutes lapses.
All you need to do is to let it cool down, and start again. That's all.

If you completely remove wire from unit does it still slowdown and stop when you pull trigger?
If yes, then 2 most common problems are
A. Thermistor @ position PTC1 on circuit board
B. Drive Roller Motor

To diagnose, locate thermistor @ position PTC1 in upper middle part of circuit board.
It's yellowish round and about 1/2" in diameter.
Jumper Accross the 2 leads, use a small insulated screwdriver or meter probe.

1. Pull trigger on gun, when motor slows or stops then jumper the leads, if it speeds back up then it's the Thermistor
Replace with a Raychem RXE 1.85A @ 72 v
Or comparable, try EBay

2. If no change, isolate motor by removing the 2 leads and connect a 9-12 volt DC battery source, does motor spin? If not then motor is problem. If motor spins and is constant then additional troubleshooting needed, next possible issues are bad resistor or scr

Copying 8.5x8.5 original thru document feeder and it doesnt aal print

Most copier has an APS (Auto Paper Selection) as default, 8.5 x8.5 is a square original, I would suggest you manually select the paper tray (e.g. Letter) first (this will temporary disable the APS for this session), then lay it down on the original glass, or ADF (Auto Document Feeder).

If you do not disable APS, you will have paper jamming problem, you do not have 8.5 x8.5 is th paper tray, of course, you may try it feed from the by-pass tray, set the the paper size to 8.5 x8.5 or special size ....... Each manufacturer has a different name for the same function (terminology).

the obvious, yet sometimes overlooked problem is to check if the wire feeder rollers.do you have the proper tension set?(did you do the wire test when you shot the wire to see if it bends or stops)

My welder just stopped welding. It's a Telwin 220 Mig. The fan is still running but there is no noise from the welder and the wire is not feeding. I had only used it for around 30 seconds before it...

your feeder may need adjusting or more commonly the tip has tacked itself on the edn cap
keep the line as straight as you can & keep feeder compartment clean!
keep plyers handy for when wire is stuck in the tip
if you need to replace wire spool or a brakage of the wire make sure the wire is free or BURRS b4 you put it in the tube or you will damage the tube!

How do I stop Fax from feeding more than one copy of typed sheets through the machine at onc time?

If you take some alcohol, and put a couple of drops in the center if a piece of paper, then pass it through the feeder a couple of times, this should clean the feed and separate tires, do this a couple of times, then try passing a couple of sheets to see if the problem has been eliminated.

Hope this helps.

Cannon imageclass d660 auto feed stopping 3/4 way through

There are some small plastic pieces in this feed that can do this. This is an older machine, the whole top feeder can be replaced for $150.00 Its $100.00 dealer cost. And they will want an hours labor.

If that doesnt sound good I would buy a new machine.
