If it sounds like the fan is hitting something, It is likely you will have to get a step ladder, and look closely at what is making the noise-
Likely something fell in there-- and needs to be removed.

When you shut the thermostat down, does the fan stop instantly?

I have just had a Comfort Zone CZ230ER heater installed in my garage. The room temp sensor is reading in reverse, Goes up as the room cools and goes down as the room warms.

That would be a warranty issue, but wonder if you are reading set temperature, ambient temperature or 'set back' temperature? Contact the maker.

Cuhp-45a-1 will not turn fan on board shows ok but after ignition the fan never comes on but when supplied with voltage to test fan will work. Flame will shut off when high limit is hit

There may be a small bi-metal switch mounted on the combustion chamber that allows power to the fan at a certain temp. Look at wiring diagram to find or follow power wire back to find it. It also may have a timer relay that may be bad. This unit is made by Advanced Distributor Products or ADP for short.

My reddy heater 125t starts fine but only runs for a couple of minutes and then shuts itself off and the red lights that says flames begins blinking. but we open the garage door about a foot and it works...

Read your manual....it will explain why and what happens when not done.Your machine ( which I have ) requires a 11" opening of fresh air in a garage. I use a fan sideways behind the machine and that seems to work without having to open the door, also helps circulate the heat at the ceiling.

I'm considering installing a Goodman LP Gas Furnace:sizing? Ops?

Gerge, if you go to website www.energycodes.gov
you can do a heat load calc yourself. Basically, you figure out the sizes of walls, total area of glass. total doors to outside, ceiling area and types of building materials used. It is pretty easy and then you will know for sure. The contractor should be suppling you with one but if not use this, it is free!
