Trying to access my Flip Video files on my computer and get error message . . . "Debug Info Mp4 Clipper:: Open Input file could not open . . . . . . then lists location of a video that I have deleted . . . so no wonder it cannot open this video?!?!?! Then freezes up, system says flip video "not running" . . . have to log out How do I un-bug my Debug Info? Thank you in advance for any assist!

MP3 files are music files. Videos posted on YouTube are video files, such as WMV, MP4, MPEG, DIVX, AVI. etc. The MP3 converter is looking only for MP3 files and since it cannot find any, it comes up with the error message you are getting. If you want to watch the videos you downloaded from YouTube, get a media player, not an MP3 player.

you have a missing mp4 file! this is a video file. just do a search on your computer for all "*.mp4" files with this same name and when found copy/paste into the location in your missing file message.

Your phone seem to not support .MP4 format. If this file was sent to you in a text message then you will not be able to open this file on your cellphone. Now if you added this file to your phone from your computer try to format the file to your phones accepted file formats.

See whether another converter program can convert the file to verify whether the WMV file is corrupt or not.

I suggest using MPEG Streamclip (http://www.squared5.com/) to convert the file. MPEG Streamclip is free, but the installation process takes a little more time.

Please try downloading and installing MPEG Streamclip and see whether that has a problem converting the file. If it does, then you know that it's a WMV file corruption issue; otherwise, it's a Cucusoft issue and you'll need to report it to them.
