Contacting paypal support may resolve issues with thier systems on the one hand. Second, contacting your bank to ascertain compartibilty issues with paying with any networks is another alternative arrangment. Third, perform a personal accounts verification of funds misplacement to ascertain the malfunction area for repairs to be made.

Pay all my credit; i want to perchase from ' electronics.ca' and i do not have a credit card. What is paypal and how doe's it work. Thank you

Paypal is a payment solution that is tied directly to your bank account. When you set up an account, you log in securely, you can make payments directly from your bank account, and the person you are paying does not receive your bank account information (thus providing you a measure of security). You can also receive payments for services, etc. You also can authorize payments from alternate sources like credit cards, etc. You will need to have a bank account, your routing #, and account number in order to set it up. Visit www.paypal.com and click the "new to paypal" link to choose your account type. Personal accounts are good for paying, while the premier and business offer payment receipt as well (there are fees when you receive payment of about 6-8%). Then you fill in the requested information, and verify the account, and you're done!

Hi,

To cancel any future payments via PayPal, you will have to contact PayPal and instruct them to stop all payments to this company.

To contact PayPal customer support, kindly click the Contact Us link at the bottom of your PayPal page.

On the new page which opens, you will find two options for contact: Email and Phone (See attached image). If you wish to contact by email, click "Send Us" link.

If you wish to contact by phone, generate the Secure Web PIN by clicking the Call Us link and call the phone number given on the page which loads. The customer support executive will ask for your account information and this Secure Web PIN.

Hope this solves your problem. Thanks for using FixYa

How do I get my money back because I have not received the goods

Hello,

You can only cancel your transaction if the recipient has not claimed the money. To request a refund, you'll need to contact the recipient of the payment.

To cancel the payment from your bank:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click the My Account tab.
3. Click Unclaimed next to the transaction.
4. Click Cancel Payment.

The payment will be returned to your PayPal account, not your bank account. From there, you can withdraw the money from your PayPal account to your bank account.

To cancel your credit card payment:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click the My Account tab.
3. Click Unclaimed next to the transaction.
4. Click Cancel Payment.

Your payment will be returned to your credit card. This can take up to 30 days.

For further help, contact paypal directly. Hope this helps!

1. If you paid by credit card or bank deposit, send a copy of your bank statement, which will show the payment.
2. If you paid by PayPal, the payment should appear in payment history on your account.
3. If you paid by Western Union, only the seller can mark it as paid and you don't have any power over it.

Paypal-4029357733 $167.00 etc with 7 different orders. was these purchases paid in full? [email protected] claims they were NOT paid. I received statement on my credit account they were paid.

I have not been able to use pay pal since 1/2013 and no there is no outstanding $ due to the following email. I had 2 bank accounts wiped out via pay pal and will not "advertise" one there again. SO have also QUIT eBay since that is the only way to purchase there. as you can see via the email it is not due to outstanding $ but due to limit, would not even let me use ebucks to complete this last transaction which was then handled via eBay but was no $167.00.???

Unfortunately, you\'ve hit your initial PayPal sending limit of $10,000.00 USD. That\'s why your recent payment was declined.

Your sending limit is the maximum amount of money you can send or use for purchases before you need to become Verified.
Why do I need to verify my account?

We place initial limits on all accounts to increase security and help
prevent fraud. Once you link and confirm a bank account or get approved
for PayPal credit, your account will be Verified and you\'ll be able to
make as many payments as you like with PayPal.
How do I get Verified and lift my sending limit?

  1. Log in to your PayPal account at www.paypal.com and click Get Verified at the top of the page.

  2. Follow
the instructions to link your bank account to your PayPal account.
We\'ll deposit 2 small amounts in your bank account to confirm that it\'s
    yours.

  3. Check your bank statement in 2-3 days and note the 2 amounts. Then log back in to your PayPal account and enter these amounts.

Adjusting for PayPal fees when recording payment received

Actually, you do not want to reduce the product name. When you make the deposit from PayPal, you want it to be for the full amount the customer paid. Then add a second line with a minus amount for the fees, and the account of paypal fees (expense). This way, you split off the fees paid to paypal as an expense, and the bank reconcile matches.
Attempting to reduce the ProductName will only result in tax liability issues, as you have to charge sales tax on the full amount the customer was originally charged.
Using a negative line on the deposit to split the paypal fees off is a much cleaner process, and causes no confussion for the accountants.
